Renewal Policy
This Renewal Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscription renewals work for Prominder (the “Service”) provided by Prominder (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
Subscription Renewal
Prominder offers subscription plans with recurring billing. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user. Here’s how subscription renewals work:
Renewal Date: Subscriptions will be automatically renewed on the renewal date specified during the initial purchase and on the same date for subsequent renewals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).
Billing Cycle: Subscription plans have different billing cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). The billing cycle determines the frequency of automatic renewals.
Notification: We will send you a renewal reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews. This email will include information about the upcoming renewal, including the renewal date and the amount to be charged.
Payment: The payment method associated with your account will be charged for the renewal on the renewal date. If the payment is successful, your subscription will be extended for another billing cycle.
Cancellation: To avoid automatic renewal, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Cancellation instructions can be found in your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals.
